As a Power of Attorney, Or as a medical Power of Attorney, What am I allowed to charge in Jackson, Michigan ?
1 attorney answer
As a Patient Advocate under the medical POA, you are not entitled to compensation for services. You ARE entitled to reimbursement for "actual and necessary expenses." You CAN receive "reasonable" payment for services performed under a general durable power of attorney form, but only if the POA form provides for this.
