My son had arrest warrant for him and doesn't live with me, but he showed up late at night and wanted to go to bed. Mommy that i am I let him in. Police came with a search warrant so they said, (never showed it to me) and I opened door for them to come in. They asked if so and so was here and I told them yes. Then took them straight to him. Is that consider harboring fugitive? Should I be worried about going to jail now too?????
You are probably not in any personal difficulty given what you have written here. That it is you son must make this very difficult.
