Dear Ms. Stanton,
I've recently been arrested and charged with a DUI in addition for a moving violation in Summersville, WV, Sept.13, 2018. This involved a vehicular accident of 2 parties, myself in vehicle #1 and a man and woman in vehicle #2. This a first offense for me, also to note I've had an excellent driving record, to to this incident. Both a breathalyzer and blood tests were performed, in addition to the field sobriety test. Also, to note I'm from out of state - I currently reside in Indiana. The information I've been provided with so far is a court date in Nicholas County, WV at 3 PM on Nov 7, 2018. In addition to these charges, I've received an "Order Of Revocation Notice" from the State of West Virginia DMV. The revocation effective date is 10-31-2018, effective for 90 days from that date.
One more important note is that the other involved party have claimed injuries which were not present at the scene of the accident.
Thank you for your interest.
