My employer is stalking my social media and I've tried stopping them but for some reason they keep invading my social media and bulling me on my comments.
My colleagues are correct that generally you can't do squat about your employer's monitoring of your social media posts. But there are two major exceptions to the general rule. Your question doesn't provide enough information to determine whether either applies, but here they are. First, social media activity that could be considered concerted labor activity under state or federal laws, but that'd pretty much only apply if your fired or otherwise disciplined for the posts. Second, if your employer's using subterfuge to get around your privacy settings and view nonpublic posts, that could be a violation of federal electronic communications laws.

You may be able to find something in the policy manual if you have one. Employer cannot do what you cannot do per the manual. I say look there first. You have privacy settings that can block an individual from seeing all your content if on Facebook. Blacklist the employer from your facebook. I need more info to better inform you. It may be good cause to quit but that would leave you with just unemployment.

Your employer has every right in the world to look at your social media. Bullying you on your comments may be something completely different if it creating a hostile work environment for you. This is more of an employment problem than an internet problem. Depending upon the size of the employer, you may wish to consult with a local employment lawyer for further evaluation.
