Are their any legal repercussions for someone screenshotting my Tryst.link profile and emailing it to everyone at my work place?

If you're getting this guy prosecuted criminally, there should be a DA handling your case that you can ask about this, if you think he'll try to pressure you into not testifying against him.
You may also have civil remedies if he interferes with your job, such as a claim for interference with contract, which you can address with a civil business tort litigator.
Avvo doesn't pay us for these responses, and I'm not your lawyer just because I answer this question or respond to any follow-up comments.
You should have help as you enter the legal arena so the system does not work against you.
You will want to discuss your situation with a lawyer in more detail. Use the "Find a Lawyer" tab on this site and choose someone from your locale. Many lawyers on Avvo offer a free phone consultation.
