I filed an injunction against the father of my kids after he sent me 2 text messages stating that he would kill our kids. We have court in 2 weeks to see if the injunction will go permanent. My question is: will the screen shots be admissible at the hearing?
Evidence is not my strongest area and you could spend years studying it. Text messages get in all the time, for a variety of reasons. If you want to get smarter study the Florida Rules of Evidence, hearsay exceptions, google it, and good luck.
