In cases where their client could've went through things such as abuse, rape, ect. Are attorneys free to comfort or try to help their clients on a personal level regardless of whether they won or loss the case. Or must they strictly stay professional?
Your question is unclear. I would expect your attorney to be empathetic to you. Comforting words and understanding would likely be appropriate, but is not necessary.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
