On May 12, 1993, I funded a living trust creating corporations, i put the trust under the name erriche anton von greenbrier, is there a registry of trusts where i can find my inheritance. I was badly beaten and robbed of the trust receipt. I am a Greenbrier of the Greenbrier Legacy, including the Taft legacy, The trust was 1.8 billion dollars. I never transferred the stocks of my grandparents to my name. There was 40 million dollars just in stocks. My grandmother was Henry Waters Tafts daughter and niece to the president and I am the direct heir of Errich Greenbrier. Can You help me to find the registry of trusts even if it is registered in Virginia?
First of all, Avvo is a VERY public forum and you do not want to post any personal information on this site because it will be available (and searchable) on the internet for a very long time. If all of this is true, then you need to find a Virginia (?) probate attorney IMMEDIATELY, in order to determine what has happened and what your rights are. There appears to be WAY too much money at stake here to waste time posting on the internet. You should contact someone first thing tomorrow!
*** LEGAL DISCLAIMER I am licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan and have offices in Wayne and Ingham Counties. My practice is focused in the areas of estate planning and probate administration. I am ethically required to state that the above answer does not create an attorney/client relationship. These responses should be considered general legal education and are intended to provide general information about the question asked. Frequently, the question does not include important facts that, if known, could significantly change the answer. Information provided on this site should not be used as a substitute for competent legal advice from a licensed attorney that practices in your state. The law changes frequently and varies from state to state. If I refer to your state's laws, you should not rely on what I say; I just did a quick Internet search and found something that looked relevant that I hoped you would find helpful. You should verify and confirm any information provided with an attorney licensed in your state.
I agree with James. Contact a trusts and estates attorney in your area and keep personal information (names and financials) off of the Internet.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not. What determines Avvo Rating?Experience & background
