I am a proud mom and equally proud survivor of the opioid epidemic deeply dedicated to my recovery. While I was inpatient (3hrs from home in st.louis without a car, in Rogersvile MO) my husband filed for divorce, full custody of my children, dismantled and packed up all of my personal items, clothes, files, toiletries and said I should “probably find a shelter”. He let me come home but my husband continues to psychologically terrorize and intimidate using the legal threat of custody of children as weapons. I need an aggressive legal advocate in or familiar with Recovery to fight this bully & champion my right to motherhood in Recovery.
I am sure there are many.
