I am a permanent resident , which I've been for last 7 years. In january of 2015 , I got a Ex Parte Harrasment Restraining Order for (making threats) to acquaintances(husband and wife) of my fiancee that were making up stories about me. Those people called police and provided with sms from me, saying that I want them to stop calling and making up stories about me, otherwise I would punish them. I got a call from a police department detective, asking to what happened and telling me that if I ever would contact them, he will arrest me. I promised him that i dont want them in my life, and i will never contact them again, but Police served me that order 2 weeks after that. I need to file for n400, so I can bring my fiancee back, what are the consequences of me applying now? Thank you...
