About a year and a half ago my ex Husband got remarried and got custody of our 8 year old (only kid in their house now) and I was ordered to pay support. No big deal but about 6 months ago I went on medical leave due to complications in a pregnancy. Currently was just released about 1 month ago to return to work. Finding out I had to medical resign from my employer. So having a total of 3 kids( 14 year old, 3 year old and 3 month old) now and no job they suspended my license. What can I do?
The child support enforcement agency sends out notifications every couple of years that allows you to respond and update your income information. If there is a change to your income prior to that period, contact the CSEA and have them collect the information on all the partied (income and any new children) and they will automatically re-calculate. You're new child will also affect the calculation. You can do all of this on your own.
