I'm renting a vehicle from insta credit automate and have had an issue with the emissions I just figured it out but im out of money and time on emissions they want to suspend my licence in a couple days when the emissions expires so I either have to keep it get my license expired but fix the car and get it re-registered so I can have a way to work and not ruin my credit and have legal issues with instant credit automart or have they already breached contract when they sold me a car with several recalls which was in need of work cosmetic wise and performance wise not to mention its a 2002 and my starting amount to pay was 14,000 dollars seems a bit absurd and unjust to me... Or I could give them the vehicle back in decent condition which would breach the contract unless already breached possibly still lose my licence and still have to make payments on a vehicle loan to which I'd no longer have the vehicle it was placed on and all the money I've spent on maintaining and upkeeping said vehicle just to have to finish and start over anything I can do and fast?

You should review or have an attorney review the contract. Does the contract state that the vehicle will confirm to all state requirements, such as passing emissions testing? Have you tried to contact the rental facility and tell them that the vehicle did not pass emissions? Did you pay $14k to rent this vehicle? If so, what is the rental period?
