I've been divorced since December 2015. However, my lawyer will not do my QDRO and my ex's lawyer keeps giving me the run around. I also need a modification. Please give me some helpful advice. Even though I'm not the reason for the divorce I've spent so much money on lawyers I could really use someone reasonable and reliable.
What do you mean by 'my lawyer will not do my QDRO'?
