After I applied I-131 through my lawyer (who doesn't answer me since then), I had to leave the US. Now received a notice from USCIS for Biometrics date. When I enter to the US, am I in trouble? USCIS has sent the notice to the address where I submit address change to USPS. That is not the address I used for the I-131. Am I OK with it? Since USCIS set the date for July 19th, I'm little worried without my lawyer's help. Could you please help me? Thank you in advance.
If you have only been out of the US for a short time ... it shouldn't be a problem.
