My case is a Race Discrimination in Housing. The Home Owner Association of my Condo denied my tenant's application maliciously and intentionally with different term and reasons. I comply and follow the rules and regulations of the condo when submitted all necessary documents with my tenant's application. I like to know if I have a case. Please advice.
There is no such thing as a malicious denial; there was a reason for doing so clearly. There are MANY valid reasons an association could deny a tenant. No lawyer can contact you here nor will agree to contingency without knowing the facts of the case and how strong it is. But if you are not willing to put "money where mouth is" dont expect many lawyers to bear your costs on a vendetta with the association.

Impossible to determine, as you have provide no facts - just conclusions. Certainly not enough to conclude that someone would be willing to take it on contingency. I suggest you seek a short consultation with a good local discrimination lawyer to determine if you even have a case.
Hope this helps.

I agree with my colleagues. We need more facts to determine whether or not you have a case. Especially if you're looking for an attorney to take it on a contingency fee basis

This a VERY fact intensive. You need to discuss this with counsel, as it may be that your potential tenants have a cause of action for the denial and you have a cause of action for negligent interference with the contract. Look for an experienced civil rights and association lawyer here on Avvo...
I am only admitted to practice in Florida so my answers in other states are based on 35 years of experience in this field and are not legal advice. This reply does not create the attorney client relationship, which only occurs upon execution of a fee agreement with our firm. Please do not contact us for followup advice on these general observations.
