ive married to a guy, after 5 years Ive discovered he is bisexual, now he wants to leave me because of a guy, I did not know he was cheating on me for guys all of these years, recently he confessed that he want to leave his wife because of a man! can I do annulment? I dont want to have a divorce record just because someone lied about his sexual orientation to me.
You may or may not be entitled to an annulment. it takes more facts that what you have given. Annulments are technical and you should have a face to face consultation with an experienced family law attorney in your area to discuss your options.

Unlikely you'll get an annulment, since your post implies that for the first five years, the marriage went along OK. That your husband is now cheating on you is tragic, but it doesn't get you an annulment. It'll be much easier, faster, and cheaper to get a dissolution.
