Thanksgiving night my baby needed milk. I went to get some but everywhere was closed or didn't have any milk so i ended up going to a gas station that i was banned from 7 years ago and had forgotten that i was banned. I was banned because 7 years ago I had been charged with a felony at this gas station but like I said, I had forgotten and was only getting milk for my baby. Later a cop came and serves me with a misdeamenor trespassing summons.
While I am not licensed in VA, a misdemeanor is usually punishable by jail time (different maximums depending upon the class of misdemeanor). You should consider consulting a lawyer whether through private counsel or through the public defender's office.
Hope this helps.
A conviction for trespassing is a class 1 misdemeanor, punishable up to one year in jail and with a fine up to $2500.
You need to obtain a qualified lawyer, and should remove your crime-admitting AVVO posting, as your posting does not assist you.
All the best to you.
