My girlfriend uses my belongings quite often and she keeps getting into trouble. Last time, she got into a car accident that my insurance eventually paid for.
You have owners liability under the vehicle code. You have notice of her poor driving and this may subject you to liability for negligent entrustment. The short answer is yes.
You have liability as the owner under California law. Liability as owner is limited to $15,000 per person, $30,000 per accident, plus $5,000 property damage. If you are sued for negligent entrustment (meaning you let a bad driver drive your car when you knew they were a bad driver), you could be liable for the entire damages.
The answer is yes. If you are loaning your car to your girlfriend and she causes injury you will have liability as the owner of the vehicle up to the statutory limit. Your liability could be unlimited to an injured person if you know your girlfriend is dangerous and you loan the car to her anyway.
In all cases it is advisable to consult an experienced attorney. Nothing stated herein is intended as legal advice for your specific situation, and you should use the information provided solely for the purpose of choosing an experienced attorney for the problems presented.
Yes, you would be liable as the owner of the car and under Negligent Entrustment if you have notice of her unsafe driving habits.
Just marry her and take on all the responsibility. Just kidding or "JK" as they text nowadays, of course. If someone repeatedly lends his or her car to a known bad driver, then that someone could very well be liable for negligently lending the car... and that could mean liability for the entire amount of damages causes and not just the usual low limits for a car's non-driving owner.

Yes you will be liable for her actions in the future if you keep letting her drive your car. Get a high insurance policy for her and an umbrella for yourself, so you will be protected. Best of luck.
