First off, do not say anything else about this case to anyone accept a lawyer. The police obviously got your name and address so if you are going to be charged you will most likely be notified of a court date or if they are going to arrest you, they will come to your home. My guess is you don't have a warrant out for your arrest at this time although I can't be positive. A passenger in a car does not generally have dominion and control over items in the car unless they were in their immediate vicinity. You need to be very careful and contact legal counsel. I am unsure what you wrote when you said "upcswid" and I don't know what police site you are referring too. Please contact an attorney. Without additional imformation it is difficult to accurately assess your situation. Good luck.
I agree with the previous answer that you should not discuss this with anyone except a lawyer representing you. I understand "upcswid" to mean "unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver." I don't know without looking at the Pierce County Linx site whether it means you are being charged, but it suggests to me something has been filed if it is connected with your name on that site, and probably has been filed in court. I would contact a lawyer asap about representing you, or go to the public defender's office if you can't afford counsel, and ask them to confirm the situation and advise you.
If you get an attorney on board, they can contact the prosecutor's office and/or the Court for you. That will determine if there is a warrant for your arrest, and if so, how much. If there is, that Attorney can note you up to Quash the warrant so that you can get the case started off on a good note with the Court and get ahead of the curve so there are no surprises. My hunch is you were charged with the crime.
