I just got granted early release of probation on Nov 27th. The judge signed off on the order and filed it but it has not updated within the court system yet. Am I actually a free man and travel freely now or do I have to wait till courts update that I am off probation. I was trying to go out of state to see family for holidays without a travel permit.
You are good to go if the order has been signed by the judge. I would make sure that you have a copy of the order, but you do not need to wait for court administration to get the computers updated.
What proof do you have that it has been signed? Do you have a signed copy? If so then you are likely good to go...
I agree. The signed court order is what matters. I'd be curious how you got a hold of the court order though if it's not yet processed through court administration.
