Am I breaking the law.
The abuse im witnessing is in my home, not at the facility Im working at. So im wondering if im still breaking the law by not reporting it?

Ohio Revised Code 2151.421 applies to people acting in their official/professional capacity. You may not be legally obligated to report it under that law, but you may be legally complicit if it is happening in your home and you are the parent or guardian of the person being abused. I wouldn't get too hung up on technicalities here: if it was you that was being abused, wouldn't you want a responsible adult intervening so that the abuse might stop?
I do not represent you. This response is based upon the information stated in the question and general legal principles. It is provided for general educational purposes of the public who may have similar questions, not for any specific individual or circumstance. It is not intended to create, and the user of Avvo understands and agrees that this response does not create, an attorney-client relationship. If you would like to obtain specific legal advice about your issue, you should contact an attorney who is licensed to practice law in your state. Mr. Hershberger is licensed to practice law in Ohio. He and his law firm gladly accept new clients, but they cannot accept any representation until they confirm that it will not create a conflict of interest with their existing client relationships and obtain a signed representation agreement. If you respond to the answer provided in this response asking for further information or legal advice, you will be asked in reply for conflict-of-interest information (full contact information for you and any adverse party) in reply and then a consultation payment demand to engage Mr. Hershberger's firm.
