My tenant lives in cook county but work in Dupage county. Chicago Sheriff dept will not deliver out there. I have to get a process server. Can I have the papers delivery, signature required, through FedEx?
You will be much better off hiring a regular process server. FedEx will probably not be sufficient service. You can also send your papers to the DuPage County Sheriff. Each sheriffs department will deliver only in their own county.
