I printed a temporary custody form off the website and had signed and notorized it for her father to have temporary custody for a certain amount of time. I now want my daughter back with me and I just received a court order for modification of child support. I never went to court for a temporary custody order though, I'm not sure why I'm receiving this court order for child support.
Sounds like a complicated situation. Discuss it with her father to try to resolve it, or retain an attorney to handle it all for you.
