Ok so my friend put human poop in a bag onto someones porch, he got back into my car after doing it and we left, well later we go back to see if its still there, and we wait for a few mins to see if he comes out, he doesnt so we leave and come back a week later tp see what the guy looks like by parking down the street and waiting for him to come out, well he calls the cops.. The cops search my car and find my airsoft guns that have no orange tip. They then tell us to wait for a letter from the DA and wait to see if the deside to persue our case,
My question is what charges could the bring upon us and what is the punishment for the charges, me and my friend are both 18, i was driving
There is a federal law that says the orange tip must remain in. California Penal Code 20150 makes it a misdemeanor to remove the orange tip.
As to the poop bag... That depends on how the DA views it.
