I'm currently on F1 visa, and thinking of doing an internship this summer (May-Aug).
My spouse is a H1B holder and just started her PERM process for GC (EB2). She expects to apply for 140 (premium) and 485 around Aug/Sep.
Is it okay for me to do the internship during this summer and also apply for 140/485 as a dependent on Aug/Sep? or do I need to wait for 90 days after my CPT ends, which will be around December, and try to do follow-to-join on her application?
