I am a green card holder. After obtaining NVC case # for my wife and 2 kids, i already paid their Immigrant Visa Application fee. On the receipt that i received from my email, their payment status states that " payment on process"...That was November of last year. After that i never heard anything from NVC. What will i do next? Am i gonna submit documents? Will i wait? I dont know what to do and i miss my family already. I need an intelligent advice. Thanks
First of all, you should update your question with more facts. What type of petition did you file? Are there any other special circumstances? Etc.
Did you check the status at the USCIS website? You should go there and see if there are any postings. Also, make sure you keep your address up to date so that you get all notices on your case.
Provide some more information and I'm sure you'll get some helpful responses.

The next astep would be to submit the documents the NVC requests. Check their website again if you haven't missed any request. It might be an idea to call their customer service number to find out.
Yes, you need to submit forms and documents. Call the NVC and they will guide you.
There are several documents and much evidence you must provide depending on what type of application you submitted. The intelligent thing would be to consult with an immigration lawyer.
Did you submit the documents according to the application instructions? If not, your case could sit idle for a long time.
