Affirmative asylum has been referred to IJ, what are the content of the MH?
I got referred from DHS to an IJ with 4 allegations,
Is the case and all hearings only about these ((4 allegations))
Or may the judge acts in the same way like the asylum officers?
And investigate all the case details again?

Court is an opportunity to present your case to the judge anew, but everything that has happened before may still be considered. You need to hire a lawyer. The sooner the better.
