And me waiting almost the entire November for my company to transfer me from our old state to the new one. My current income that i have made this yr thus far with the same company as been 30k+ which can be proven with paystubs. N the interview is in a week
My husband was able to find a full time job with his EAD. Before we got the interview notice, Can I use his income as a back up if they somehow claim I cannot sponsor him due to lack of work hrs at the moment. What form should he fill out?
The instructions for form I864 explain what income may be used for the I864. You as the petitioner must complete the I864 and if your spouse’s income is eligible to be included it cans be added to yours.
