i applied for Adjustment of status for my toddler and I after I got married to my US citizen spouse. will my child need to be interviewed. If yes, will it be same day as mine and what should we expect?
USCIS will not interview your toddler. Don't forget to take all the necessary documents, original passport, birth certificate, marriage and divorce certificates (as applicable), to your interview. Best of Luck.
