Hello, I am US Citizen, I have 2 young kids 5 and 6 years old who came into the country on visitor visa. Can I apply for them for adjustment of status to get their citizenship since I am a citizen?
You will need to first sponsor each of them for a "green card", i.e. Lawful Permanent Residency.
