It is specifically stated in the divorce that she was supposed to send me half of the EEC tax return payment. She did for the first couple of years, now she has flat out refused because she doesn't think I "deserve it." Can I take her to court and have her pay for the last few years as well as the ones to come?
Your Decree is an Order which must be followed unless modified by the court. If she is required to pay a tax and fails to do so, she could be held in contempt and ordered to pay fines, fees and/or court costs. As always, you should consult with a local attorney before proceeding.
