I got denied on May 15 2018 for lack of good moral character I want to reapply can I now or I have to wait for some time last time I had case with police it was on Apr 2012
Why not have a lawyer help you, instead of submitting repeat applications on your own without an in-depth understanding of U.S. immigration law. You should have an attorney assist you with all immigration applications. At least speak to an attorney, a good attorney. That's harmless, and you'll be glad you did. Most people who contemplate applying on their own, upon speaking with an immigration lawyer, subsequently request legal representation. A lawyer can easily demonstrate how much there is to immigration applications beyond filling out paperwork. There is a lot of strategy involved, and unforgiving rules to sidestep. No reason to go it alone, especially when each application is kept by the U.S. government forever.
Do NOT rely on Attorney Murray's response as the information provided on this website is NOT legal advice nor is it a substitute for legal advice which requires a private consultation with a lawyer.
It is possible in some cases to reapply successfully. However, I agree with my colleague, you need an experienced immigration attorney to assess your case.
