I had 75 hours of community service to do but I completed all but 15 hours last year I have a court date on the 9 of March 2017 so what can I do I had to take care of my mother and plus she just passed away last week
You need to appear in court with proof of the 60 hours you completed and be prepared to explain and document how your mother's care and subsequent death prevented completion of the hours. You need to seek an extension of time to complete the community service. I would highly recommend being represented by a criminal defense attorney.
You should consult with a local attorney to ask the judge for more time to complete your community service.
