I've had a child support warrant since 2008, I recently ask my case worker it's a warrant to be quashed since I had to pay child support for the past seven months. She told me she'd have to ask attorney general and get back with me. Today in the mail I received the petition that was filed in the court by the attorney general oh, and the order quashing a warrant, however it's not signed or dated by the judge.
You probably received the proposed order. It's drafted by the attorney who filed it, but it isn't a court order until the judge reviews the case and adopts it as a court order. This likely means your request is pending and not yet resolved.

Until the judge quashes the warrant, it is still in effect. The Petition has no legal effect until the judge quashes the warrant.
