We signed a detailed contract agreement to renovate the entire house wit time line. He said he takes half the money up front and the other half at the end. it has been two months since the contract signing and he has showed up only 5 to 6 days. He does not answer his phone and the contract has expired. What are my options. He has torn apart my house and there is no electricity to the first floor of the house. The basement walls have been taken down. The house is not livable and I have to hire another contractor to do what he has taken apart. What are my options?
