Mr. Harkess and Ms, Bowinski are correct. Fines are generally not dischargeable. If you are low on funds, maybe reach out to the probation office for any programs which will help you with your fines. Many jurisdictions allow community service as a way to reduce fines.

Generally court fees and comes cannot be discharged in bankruptcy. Your best option is to set up a payment plan with the court and keep to it.
