priors are simple battery (against stepfather) and loitering
A possible outcome is probation and a withhold of adjudication so you can pay off restitution. However, with the Battery prior and now a felony criminal mischief, you could be looking at some jail and anger management. My suggestion is you start anger management classes now to show the prosecutor you regret your bad choices. It may help you avoid jail time.

You should consult with an attorney. You may have some sort of defense against the charge. For example, you are charged with felony criminal mischief. Was there more than $1000.00 in damage? An attorney would be able to give a realistic view of possible defenses and outcomes. Additionally, if you have an attorney advocating for you before the charges are filed, you stand a better chance of getting the disposition you want.
