The end date of your plan depends on many factors, the most important being the actual claim balances.
If claim balances being paid in your case are higher than anticipated, it will cause the plan to run longer than initially anticipated.
The plan may also be extended if you miss payments or if your plan has been modified.
Talk to your attorney about your concerns, I'm sure there is a good reason why the plan is running longer than expected.
Why do you think we'll know better than your lawyer? We're completely ignorant of your plan and what is being paid through your plan. Your attorney knows what's being paid though your plan and how long it needs to be. We don't. Discuss this with your attorney.
