Can a misdemeanor case be dropped if its rescheduled after a certain number if times?
I have a misdemeanor marjiauana case. I went to my court and they offered a pre trial intervention. Well i have done what they have asked which is pay for my own drug test to start fhe 6 months intervention. Well since then i have had 4 court dates and they have rescheduled them. Each time has been for 2months later so now 8 months later when i should have been finished already i still havent started.

Long story short? Yes but it'll need to be longer than 8 months. This is a better question for your attorney. If you don't have an attorney, please consult with one as they'll be able to specifically analyze your case and figure out what the issue is and hopefully get it solved quickly.
