I don't understand what a case management conference really is but a case management was set for after the sentencing on a felony VOP. Now sentencing has occurred on the VOP (extended and modified sentence). Bond shows not set on the VOP but still exists on the 4 other charges.
So two questions;
Is it possible that the sentence could potentially be prison on the new charges even though was given modified probation on the VOP?
And because bond still exists on the 4 new felony charges it means they will be handled separately from the VOP and it was not a 'global' thing, right?
That sounds correct, it doesn't sound like a global resolution. Prison is on the table anytime there is a felony charge. This person needs an attorney ASAP.

Yes, and yes are the answers to your two questions from what you have written. You do need a criminal defense attorney.

Yes potentially the person could score out to prison time. Unless the cases were resolved together as part of a global plea resolution, each carry different potential sanctions and or penalties.
Was a violation hearing held on the probation matter? Was there a resolution? When you say "charges" do you mean a different case altogether with a separate case number? I cant answer your question unless you tell me what he is on probation for and what he is charged with. There are Florida sentencing guidelines that "score" cases for purposes of prison time in months. Global plea is one plea offer that resolves all cases in one sentence. You have to many missing pieces for me to answer your question. Is there a lawyer currently representing your son that you could ask these questions? Its tough to do this kind of litigation over the internet.
