Despite getting I-797 approved 08/21, I never received a tracking number or EAD card in the post. Immigration are little help, I've filled out the forms and now they are saying I should tell them if I move. But haven't moved. My wife is about to give birth and cant work, I haven't been able to earn a living for a year because immigration have been so slow in approvals. We can't afford to live, let alone pay rent anymore. Our situation is dire and my immigration lawyer is terrible. What can we do to expedite the card?
