The tents at The Filipino Plaza is tired of not having a place to park, getting written up or keep feeding the meter every hour just to park. There is a 130 nits and only 30 parking space and i feel that it is not fair! If we park on the business space we get a write up and our car gets towed we our expense! Is there help for our tent rights?
Does your rental agreement guarantee a parking space? If not, you're probably out of luck.
You could contact the local planning department and see if there's some local ordinance that says an apartment complex has to provide a certain number of spaces.
