I am on opt stem extension until May 31st. Applied h1b but not sure about lottery. I am on a full time job. I am eligible for h4 ead and wanted to convert to it with minimal break at work. I wanted to know if it's faster if I go out of country for a week and come back or apply from her simultaneously change of status to h4 and ead?
