I am looking for someone who has had a similar experience or knows of a similar instance that had happened to me. The anesthesiologist who performed my cervical epidural hit my spinal cord and tore it in three spots I went to the emergency room the night of the epidural with severe pain and migraine headache two years later I am left with permanent nerve damage I am trying to get compensation for my injury I have nerve damage cannot feel heat or cold atrophy in my triceps and weakness
Only attorneys answer and comment on questions posted on this forum. Are there attorneys who have prosecuted similar claims? I have no doubt that there are. Although I suspect that more attorneys will have experience with lumbar epidurals associated with the delivery of babies. Best of luck to you.
