15 years ago my mom gave a 2 carrot diamond. It was a gift. She lives in Ohio. I live in Texas. She now wants the ring back. I told her no. That it was a gift and it is mine and that I was going to pass it down to my daughter her granddaughter Which was the original intent. She has been very upset with me over something else and I have been upset with her we have been arguing so she is using this over my head.
If her intent was to make a gift...well...a gift is a gift. If she only wanted to loan it to you, why has she waited 15 years to retrieve it?
