In a unlawful detainer case in Barstow what is a status conference?
More information is needed to better answer this question (ie. At what stage is the unlawful detainer case?). Typically, during a status conference, the Court wants to know the status of the case, if there are issues that is slowing down the process, and if the case is moving along accordingly.
Status conferences are NORMALLY simple procedural meetings. But more information/details are required.
