DCPP entered into my apartment while I was sick in the emergency room I had just had my baby but been released so someone went to my house and let the worker in. I have no idea what was even said or even done during it. But DCPP just decided that they were not letting me have my baby regardless of the fact I have been abused verbally and emotionally my whole relationship with the alleged father. No physc or drug testing was done on the alleged father's part. But I was basically told then and there I was not taking my child home I am disabled but had help arranged from a federal agency. Not even all of it.
if the person who let the dcpp personnel into the apartment had the authority to do so, it was probably legal. however you have raised other issues that make me think you definitely need to see a lawyer to help you with this. You have not said why you are being denied your child.
