If I have a warrant for Felony DUI in Michigan will I be able to fly to Florida ?
I plan to get established there and go back to Michigan and turn myself in to face the charges.

Warrants do not expire. It will not go away and may get worse if you don't take care of it first, before going to Florida. Plus, as an OWI attorney, I always want to get a fresh case because I try to get my hands on as much evidence as possible to help my client. The longer you wait to hire a good OWI attorney, you risk some evidence being lost or destroyed. Police videos don't last forever. They get rid of them after a while, so you want to have your attorney order them right away (along with a bunch of other stuff that may help).
Get a good OWI attorney right away. Yes, you can be arrested anytime, day or night, airport or restaurant, in a car or in a house....... Best of luck!

You absolutely do not want to take that risk. If you have a warrant that is interstate than it will come up anywhere you travel and if you’re in another state and get picked up, you may be in custody for a good while until they extradite you back to the state the DUI occurred in. Get a lawyer before you do anything else.
