I'm on F1 OPT status now and i am doing volunteering work during my first year of OPT and don't have a full time job . My 1st OPT expires in June 2017. But i know a consultancy who is willing to sponsor H1 for me via "consular notification".
1.In that case should i go back to my home country get H1 stamp and come back and then work?
2.If i go ahead with consultancy which files my H1 can i get transfer from company A to another company B? What is the process?(Or is this possible only after i get stamping of H1 from company A?)
3. File for OPT STEM extension?
4. Just avoid everything and convert to H4 since my husband is on H1 visa.?
Any help would be appreciated...
2) Discuss with an attorney pitfalls associated with this plan
3) You may, alternatively
4) It may be an option, not all H-4(s) are permitted to work.
