I posted already about "no antibiotic" prescribed. The circumstances have changed and now it is the periodontist telling me:
" I have to refer you to a dental surgeon. You needed a sinus graft, but "it is not my expertise to handle chronic pain patients, so I need to refer you to an actual surgeon, who can medicate you properly."
My husband was in the room as a witness.
He should have said this 2 1/2 years ago, when I first consulted with him.
Now I have to start all over again on the right side, pay an anesthesiologist, AGAIN, have #5 removed for the 2nd time?
His office manager has called and said "if I sign a waiver, I can get a partial reimbursement."
Since he lied about his "expertise" should I write up he pays for sinus grafting & anesthesia?
No attorney is going to help me.OCTOBER 2013 is when this began..I cannot correct the time frame above.
Quite honestly I don't believe you have a viable Medical Malpractice action , besides it appears that the Statute of Limitations has run in your matter. Go see the other dentist
I agree with my colleague. It would be best if you cut your losses and saw a different dentist. You truly are facing an uphill battle here and will have a tough time securing representation. Good luck!
